“One of my main concerns was the safety of my merchandise. Because I shipped my jewelry instead of hand-delivering, I couldn’t assess how safe it would be in their possession. Of course, I spoke with Seb many times during the process and felt assured it would be carefully handled and stored securely in a safe. All worked out great.
I was also unsure about not being there in the studio when he took the photos. I typically like to be there when my jewelry is being photographed to add suggestions and help with placement. We were able to do that on the phone and computer by sending a few photos back and forth and discussing.
I also loved that we were able to collaborate on the photos in stages. He would take a few shots and send them to me, then we could get on the phone and tweak the position, color, lighting etc. He then would make adjustments per our conversation while still in possession of the jewelry pieces.
Seb was really easy to work with – he cared about delivering the photography that I was looking for and communicated well during the process. I would also say that the pricing was quite reasonable and most importantly, that he is trustworthy.”
